Riverbend Planters

Riverbend Planters was formed by husband and wife, Dave and Caralyn Goodfellow, in Mission, BC.

Riverbend Planters prides itself on both the level of customer service and product quality. Supporting other local Canadian businesses is important to Dave and Caralyn, which is why the materials used are locally sourced.

Dave Goodfellow

Dave carries 16 years carpentry experience to date. An accomplished professional with 20 years of class one transportation experience. Dave is also a proud member of the Local 155 Teamster Union.

Caralyn Goodfellow

Caralyn carries 18 years of data analysis, marketing and administration experience and is committed to providing quality customer service.

"After moving to a smaller place, I was missing my garden, so I started looking for planters at the big box stores. Everything I saw was imported or made from plastic pieces which I knew would quickly break and go into the garbage. I found Riverbend online and found their designs both appealing and practical, as well as reasonably priced.

When I made a mistake ordering (I mistakenly ordered 1 instead of 2) they were very gracious and got me my second planter within a week during a very busy time period.

We are very happy with our A frame planters and know we will enjoy them for years to come!

Caralyn and Dave are the ultimate pair and so incredible to work with. From the very beginning, they were super responsive and helpful with all my questions and worked meticulously on every step of the process to make my vision come true. I came to them with a tall order as well! I needed a very specific custom build to fit on a balcony, and they were totally up to the challenge.

Caralyn was always available to set up meetings, forward designs, and discuss quotes and schedules, and Dave was the ultimate builder; he was precise and flawless in coming up with a unique product to fit my very particular needs. He’s also even more of a gem in person!

On the day of delivery, he spent a whole Saturday afternoon putting everything together, and you could tell that he put a lot of pride into the work – the end result was so beautiful!

I would definitely recommend their company to anyone looking to add the highest level of care and dedication to their project.
